Aloe Vera drinks ঘৃতকুমারী পানীয় !!!

Prep Time: 10 minutes.  সংগ্রহ সময়: ১০ মিনিট.  

  Makes 4 servings.পরিবেশন করুন  ৪ জনের  জন্য.

Ingredients: উপকরন:

• 1 table spoon aloe Vera gel. ১ টেবিল চামচ ঘৃতকুমারী জেল.
• 1 big mango. ১ টি বড় আম.
• 1 orange. ১ টি কমলা.
• 2 table spoons lemon juice. ২ টেবিল চামচ লেবুর রস.
• 2 cups water. ২ কাপ পানি.
• 1 bowl crashed  ice. ১ বাটি ক্র্যাশ বরফ.

Method: পদ্ধতি:

1. Peel the skin of mango and orange, cut in to small dices. আম ও কমলার চামড়া ছিলে. ছোট করে কাটা.

2. How to get gel from fresh aloe vera, you can follow both the method. তাজা ঘৃতকুমারী থেকে জেল পেতে, আপনি উভয় পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে পারেন.

3.  Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend them nicely. একটি মিশ্রণকারী তে সব উপাদানগুলো দিয়ে, সুন্দরভাবে তাদের কে মিশাতে হবে.

4. Pour in to the glass. গ্লাসের মধ্যে ঢালুন.

5. Serve with slice of lemon in it. বরফ যোগ করুন. একটি লেবু দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন.

Young Coconut, Mango and watermelon cold drinks ঢাব, আম ও তরমুজের ঠান্ডা পানীয় !!!

Makes 6 servings.পরিবেশন করুন  ৬ জনের  জন্য.

Ingredients: উপকরন:

• 1 coconut water. ১ টি ঢাবের পানি.
• 1 big mango. ১ টি বড় আম.
• 1 bowl water melon. ১ বাটি তরমুজ.
• 2 table spoons honey. ২ টেবিল চামচ মধু.
• 2 cups water. ২ কাপ পানি.
• 1 bowl ice. ১ বাটি বরফ.

Method: পদ্ধতি:

1. Peel the skin of mango and watermelon. cut in to small dices. আম ও তরমুজের চামড়া ছিলে. ছোট করে কাটা.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend them nicely. একটি মিশ্রণকারী তে সব উপাদানগুলো দিয়ে, সুন্দরভাবে তাদের কে মিশাতে হবে.

3. Add ice to serve with slice of lemon in it. বরফ যোগ করুন. একটি লেবু দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন.

Last summer these flowers grew in my window pane (Kuwait). In middle east, summer means very hot but what I observed is that this plant’s flowers grow very well in hot climate. What we need to give is more water. Morning and evening, twice I used to give water and it worked well.It flowered everyday for more than two months. My children love seeing the flowers through the windows. Sometimes , birds come and peck the leaves and the flowers. It is nice to observe them close by. These little things make children happy. If children are happy then mothers are also happy.
