Hi, I am Sajia. I was born and educated in Bangladesh. For the past 18.5 years I have been living in Kuwait. I am a housewife and mother of four, including triplets.
When I first came to Kuwait with my husband I knew nothing of managing a house, let alone cooking, cleaning and household stuffs. From being a pampered girl raised in a joint family to being away from my family and coming to Kuwait, I had a sudden turn in my life and I felt helpless. The life I have now is so different from that I had 20 years back. I have always wanted to share my experiences and the chances that I took to reach where I am now. I took the chance to experiment and learn and now I am glad that I can share them through this blog.
Sometimes, I feel this accomplishment. I feel this different life from what I had 20 years back now that I can cook, manage the house, take care and teach my kids, do gardening, stitching, writing for a journal and I am not afraid to experiment and try out new things.
In my experience, cooking is nothing but managing the taste that you want. Cooking is all up to you. It s not difficult and making mistakes is a great way of experimenting and trying out new stuffs and taste. The ingredients may not be exactly the same for you as it was for me….. Keep your mind open, Be Patience and let the tastes and flavors flow.
